Albert F. Grasch, Jr.

Mr. Grasch is a founding member of Grasch & Cowen, PSC, which opened their doors in 1992. His practice is concentrated in business and personal injury civil litigation. Mr. Grasch is Counsel for both national and local businesses. He has substantial jury trial experience in state and federal courts throughout Kentucky.

 

Theodore E. Cowen

Ted has a varied practice, including contract disputes, business torts, employment law and bankruptcy. He also has experience in estates and domestic relations.

Before joining Grasch, & Cowen, Ted practiced with Miller, Griffin & Marks, PSC, where he served for a time as the firm’s managing director. Prior to entering the field of law, he worked for a comprehensive care center in western Kentucky, ultimately directing one of the organizations regional programs.

Ted is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (B.A., cum laude, 1970; M. Div., 1976) and the University Of Kentucky College Of Law (J.D. with high distinction, 1985). He graduated first in his class from the University Of Kentucky, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Kentucky Law Journal.

Ted formerly served as an adjunct instructor for the University Of Kentucky College Of Law.

 

Alicia A. Still

In October, Alicia will be admitted to the bar and begin practicing here with Mr. Grasch and Mr. Cowen.
